Limited Warranty
Velore warrants its Compact Gym to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the Compact Gym and is not transferable to any subsequent owners.
If during the applicable warranty period, any part of the Compact Gym proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service, Velore will repair or replace the defective part at no charge. Velore reserves the right to determine whether the part should be repaired or replaced.
The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or improper installation, maintenance or repair. The warranty also does not cover damage resulting from natural disasters or other acts of God, or from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity or other environmental conditions.
To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must contact Velore customer service and provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase, the name and address of the seller, and a detailed description of the problem. Velore may require the purchaser to return the defective part or the entire Compact Gym, at the purchaser's expense, for inspection and repair or replacement.
The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall Velore be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any amount in excess of the original purchase price of the Compact Gym.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the state/province/country where the Compact Gym was purchased, and any legal action relating to this warranty must be brought in the courts of such jurisdiction.
This warranty does not affect any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable laws.
